Supper tired

I am supper tired today, in fact for the last 2 months I have been supper tired, and the answer is no I am no pregnant. It could be a lot of things: the fact that I work 4 days a week, take care of three children and don't forget the husband, try and cook the majority of my food at home, and workout 2-3 days a week at 5:30am (this means I have to be awake by 5:10am), also the sun is slowing fading from my life. I feel really worn thin and this week is one of the worst. I have no desire to cook, no desire to workout, because my eating negates everything I do in the gym, and I defiantly do not want to be at work. The reason I am starting this blog is to get inspiration from others and maybe be a little inspiring to others.  Yes moms can do it all, even if it means having an emotional break down.
